Account and company access
PayLedger uses account authentication and permission checks to help separate one company's information from another's. Users should use unique credentials and restrict invitations to authorised colleagues.
Document handling
Document access and storage permissions depend on the relevant workflow. Please avoid sharing sensitive information by unsecured email. For hosting locations, data retention and procurement security questions, contact us directly.
Commercial records
Some payment workflow actions create audit records, but these controls do not replace independent checking of contractual notices, service or statutory deadlines.
